Last weekend, Synergy hosted a fantasticExperience Synergy event featuring many special guest presenters and the launch of Metabolic LDL and the Cardio Kit. Adding to the excitement of the event were many visitors and new Team Members ready to commit to sharing Elite Health!

The event began with a tour of The Hughes Center for Research and Innovation, where the research, formulation, clinical study, testing, and scientific validation was conducted for Metabolic LDL. Team Members were then taken on a tour of the manufacturing facility where each of our products undergo rigorous quality control testing. Members were able to observe and understand the processes that create the quality products they are using and sharing every day.

After touring the Hughes Center and manufacturing facility, participants heard from several speakers who highlighted the theme of Experience Synergy: “Why Synergy? Why Now?”

Presidential Executive Paul Blad told the story of perseverance, endurance, and achieving goals. He encouraged Team Members to look to the big reward and never give up. A highlight of Paul’s presentation was his invitation to Diamond Executive Bart Woodcook to share his success with leveraging the Mega-Match in his organization.

Presidential Executive Rudy Pedroza reviewed three rules in building your team: 1) exposure is everything, 2) fortune is in the immediate follow up, and 3) work with the willing. He also shared his three ingredients for success: 1) have a burning desire, 2) be coachable, and 3) be willing to work. Following Rudy, Emerald Executive Stewart Rutter suggested five steps to growa business. These steps included following up with enrollees and continuous product training.

Giving the audience an exclusive educational experience, Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Matthew Tripp, outlined Metabolic LDL’s unique and powerful formula, and the ways it is able to support cholesterol levels and cardiovascular function. He detailed the extensive research and clinical studies conducted on Metabolic LDL. Metabolic LDL can now be purchased individually, or as part of the Cardio Protect Kit or the Fortify Kit.

Lastly, Synergy Founder Dan Higginson concluded the event with a motivating speech about Synergy’s proven products and the hard-working people who distribute them. He encouraged Team Members to live, love, and leave a legacy. “We are second to none,” said Dan. “Our products are the best in the industry. Our Team Members believe in those products and are passionately sharing them around the world.”

The 2018 Experience Synergy event is approaching fast! In just a few days, North America’s first on-site event of the year will officially kickoff! If you have not registered for this event already, click here to register now.

Title Achievements Led by Brent Burnett, Synergy’s Newest Pearl Executive

Last November, as the holiday season began, Synergy Team Member Brent Burnett was passionately working with his team to reach new business milestones. Now, not only has he achieved the rank of Pearl Executive, he has set up a foundation for even greater success with Synergy in the future.

An avid runner, Brent compares his business building to the preparation and strategy that a distance runner would use during a race:

“You have to learn how to balance yourself during a race,” said Burnett. “You have to know when to push and when to dial it back. Last year [2017], we saw the opportunity to reach and decided to make that push.”

Hitting Pearl is definitely a commendable achievement for Brent, but not one that he could have accomplished alone. Joining him in the journey for greatness are two other Team Members who made pushes of their own to reach new titles before the end of the year.

NEW TEAM DIRECTORS
William Ackley and Richard Carl, friends of Brent and members of his organization, were taught what would be required in order for their businesses to grow. They met with Brent, set goals, and organized a plan to each achieve the Team Director title in conjunction with Brent’s advancement. It was teamwork at its finest. As they worked to see their plans come to fruition, William and Richard committed to create positive habits that could be duplicated.

“They would always go out and do the simple things that I told them to do,” said Burnett. “Then we would talk again and they would bring up questions, and we would build from there.”

Today, Brent Burnett leads his team as a Pearl Executive, and with new milestones in sight. He has two very dedicated and passionate Team Directors by his side, looking to achieve further success in their own businesses. The future is looking bright, but all three are aware that building on success takes dedication and patience.

“Obviously, these sort of accolades don’t happen overnight,” said Burnett. “It’s something that you have to be willing to build and work toward.”

POSITIVITY FOR A GROWING TEAM
Brent has a goal to maintain a positive attitude as he builds. He believes this is how a successful team will be built. He hopes to create a climate in which people will want to work hard.

“We want to help people find the right culture where they can be successful,” said Brent. “We’ve been really impressed by our leaders around the world and we hope to create an environment that will encourage people to discover their true potential.”

As Brent continues to build a positive team in 2018, we congratulate him, along with William Ackley and Richard Carl, for their accomplishments so far. As they continue to generate momentum, we look forward to seeing how they will grow this year and beyond!

New Nutrition Fact Labels on Synergy Products

TO SYNERGY TEAM MEMBERS AND CUSTOMERS,
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recently updated the standard Nutrition Fact label that appears on packaged food and supplements. The required design of the label has been modified, along with the standards for measuring and declaring daily values and serving sizes.

To comply with this FDA update and the new requirements, you will begin to notice new labels on Synergy products. Please note that although the new label looks different, the Synergy product formulas have not changed. The ingredients have not changed. The supplements that you have known as effective, potent and safe have not changed.

You may see slightly different numbers begin to appear under “% Daily Value” and listed nutrient measurements. These simply reflect the new ways the FDA requires a company to measure the foods and supplements they package. Again, what you will find inside your newly labeled Synergy package will be the same product, served in the same portions that you have been enjoying for years.

Synergy’s web presence has gone from good to great. The last day to use the Synergy Legacy Website (the old Synergy site) is February 20, 2018. This means that beginning February 20 your hub for all things Synergy will be better than ever!

If you haven’t already, spend the next couple of weeks becoming acquainted with the phenomenal new website! You will be amazed by the many new improvements that have been made to streamline your business, shopping, company messaging, and more.

IMPORTANT: EXISTING TEAM MEMBERS MUST LINK WITH AN EMAIL 
In order to continue working with your Synergy business, Team Members will need to link their accounts to the new website using a unique email address. This is a simple process that will only take a minute or two to complete.

To help you with this transition, we have created an informative document that will walk you through the necessary steps to link your business account to your email address on the new site.
