Karate World Champion Gains Competitive Edge with Synergy Products
Cathy McAleer is one tough woman, both mentally and physically, and is an elite athlete in mixed martial arts. Her schedule is booked with all things karate, from training herself and other karate champions to playing crucial roles in the operations of karate businesses throughout Ireland.
She is the Founder of NIKA (Northern Ireland Karate Academy) and runs two clubs in Queens Leisure Complex Holywood and Stormont Pavilion where she helps train a number of World, European, British and Irish champions. However, neither of these responsibilities are her full-time job. She works day-to-day as a general manager of one of Northern Ireland’s Virgin Active Health Clubs. In addition to being certified in sports massage therapy, Cathy has a bachelor’s degree in sports marketing.

“Many people ask me how I fit it all in and also have the energy to compete and train,” Cathy said. “Synergy’s range of products has made a big difference. All of the products are compliant with WADA, the World Anti-Doping Agency, as being free of banned athlete substances.”
Cathy began using the V3 System in June 2014 and found tremendous benefits after only three weeks. Her training regimen is intense and can do a lot of damage to her body, but Synergy products allow her to rain more regularly with excellent recovery. She was able to push herself to increase her runs from 3 miles to 6 miles, though she isn’t an avid runner.
All of Cathy’s associations in Ireland’s athletic scene have certainly helped her obtain an impressive customer volume by sharing Synergy products.
Cathy’s next competitive fight will be at the World Open Martial Arts Games in Geneva in September where she will compete in kickboxing.
“A goal of mine is to have two world titles in two different sports, and on September 13 that dream will hopefully come true,” Cathy said. “Each of Synergy’s products contributes to my success in different ways. Thank you so much Synergy for your world class products!”

Elite Honors Spotlight: Nate Fowers
The second month to qualify for Elite Honors came to an impressive close and dozens of names were added to the Elite Honors Club qualifiers list! A handful of Team Members qualified for the second month in a row. In addition, a number of qualifiers are going even further by maintaining and surpassing their highest pin titles to earn the Go Elite Promotion.
Nate Fowers, a Team Manager from Utah, was one of the few Elite Honors qualifiers who received the highest Go Elite bonus of $750 for maintaining his highest title the same month he achieved Elite Honors, increasing his total commissions by more than 30%. He attributes much of his success to his mentor Brent Burnett who walked him through exactly what he needed to do to obtain this incredible bonus.
“I wanted to achieve Elite Honors since I first heard about it, but it definitely took a fair amount of effort on my part, but my team alleviated a lot of the work. When you truly work as a team toward your goals, whether it’s to be Elite Honors qualified or something else, the load will become much lighter. Anything is possible when there are a group of people who are all aiming to achieve the same thing. I could have never earned the Go Elite bonus on my own.
I am really hoping to earn this bonus again while it’s available. It’s a great motivation to work harder, and as I work harder I set the right example for my downline. We are teaching everyone to be Elite Honors qualified if they want to build their businesses correctly and quickly. It’s nice to have guidelines to follow when you share the financial potential that is possible with Synergy.”

Pamela & Terry Stovall, Silvers from New Mexico, have been with Synergy WordWide for four years, but stayed with company to enjoy the product benefits rather than take advantage of the business opportunity. The launch of Elite Honors was just what they needed to spark their interest in working the Synergy business. Terry said his upline’s enthusiasm for Elite Honors is what ignited his spark. Since engaging in the business, Pamela and Terry realized just how many people out there can benefit from what Synergy has to offer.
“They are so many people looking for an opportunity that will change their life, and I had no idea these people existed. I met many of these people over the last two months and they have become customers and distributors who are excited about Elite Honors. 5 Core Vitamins Every Woman Should Have in Her Diet
Have you ever found yourself asking, “Do I really need supplements? If so, which ones do I need?” With so many vitamins and minerals to choose from, you may feel overwhelmed with which vitamins and minerals you should take.

Multivitamin. A multivitamin is an excellent way to ensure you are getting all your nutrients as it’s designed to fill in nutritional gaps. When deciding what multivitamin to take, pick one that is high quality and has a high potency.
Calcium. This mineral is important for building strong bones, teeth, and gums. Most of the time you will find combination Cal/Mag/Zinc (Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc) supplements, which are great for added nutrients. Speak with your doctor to know which calcium supplement is the best option for you.
Omega-3 Fatty Acid. Considered “good” fats, omega-3s have a number of health benefits. Fish oil, salmon, flaxseed, and flaxseed oil, are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

Elite Honors Spotlight: Donald Clarke

Donald Clarke, a Bronze from New York, is a real estate agent that put his career on hold to give all of his time to his Synergy business. At 67 years old, Donald saw Synergy as an opportunity to Leave a Legacy and earn an additional income to supplement his retirement. Dan Hammer introduced Donald to Synergy and ever since their meeting they have both been working diligently to organize the New York team. While in New York, Dan taught the Elite Honors concept to a group of eager distributors who are causing change through Elite Honors with Donald at the helm.
“Once we realized what we possessed with the Elite Honors system we were hell-bent on getting as many people as possible in the New York area to be Elite Honors qualified. If I train others to be Elite Honors qualified it will impact me greatly. I immediately saw the benefits of teaching this system to others. Elite Honors Spotlight: Lee Edwards
The second month to qualify for Elite Honors came to an impressive close and dozens of names were added to the Elite Honors Club qualifiers list! A handful of Team Members qualified for the second month in a row. In addition, a number of qualifiers are going even further by maintaining and surpassing their highest pin titles to earn the Go Elite Promotion.
Lee Edwards, a Team Director from Utah, was one of the few Synergy leaders who were introduced to Elite Honors during the program’s prelaunch phase in May 2015. As a leader, he was challenged to achieve the Elite Honors title. He not only achieved the title in May, he achieved it again in June and July. In addition to following the Elite Honors principles himself, he is teaching all new distributors and existing distributors in his downline to make a goal every month to become Elite Honors qualified in order to kickstart and grow their own business quickly.
“Elite Honors is easy for me. The program gives me clearly cut, detailed instructions so that I know exactly what I need to do every month. I need at least 650 CV on my TC 1 and at least 200 CV in distributor enrollments. I love this, because I’m a goal-oriented person. I know what I need to do on a monthly basis and I make sure I’m accomplishing what I need to. I just keep chugging along until it’s done.
What I really love is that as long as I continue doing this behavior it will continue to pay off. Nothing in this business needs to be sporadic. There is no more guessing how to make money in this business. In my three months with Elite Honors I have no only seen my business grow, I’ve seen people in my organization learning the correct behaviors and that’s even more exciting for me. If getting 500 CV in customer volume feels intimidating, learn to forget yourself and care about others. Using the Elite Health program you will always meet the customer’s needs and you’ll find that getting 500 CV is easy. You will never be a pushy salesman. You are simply asking how you can improve someone’s life.
I love that all the leaders are now teaching the same principles. If someone on my team went to Presidential Executive Dane Iorg and asked him how to build their business, he will going to tell them the same things I have. I really appreciate that unity.”
