By eliminating this payment option, Synergy will streamline its payment processes and only affect a small percentage who are currently using Direct Debit. Synergy has also invested in updated business software that will consolidate all of its databases, however, this software will not accept Direct Debit payments.
Team Members who are using Direct Debit to purchase products and other materials from Synergy WorldWide need to call Customer Service to update their account with an acceptable payment method. Orders will not be processed with Direct Debit purchases after May 15.
