Title Plus Promotion 2017

The Title Plus promotion brings BIG rewards for great work, rank advancement and sustained activity.

It’s Back! Many Synergy Team Members remember the Title Plus promotion as one of our best ever. It puts more cash in the pockets of those who ascend the ranks of Synergy while maintaining valuable momentum.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  • The Title Plus promotion begins February 1, 2017 and runs through December 31, 2017.
  • Each time you earn a new, highest personally achieved pin level you will receive a cash bonus!
  • The point when the new level is reached will kick off a three-month reward period where you can earn the same cash bonus again and again for the following two months!
  • If you drop below the new rank for month two, but reach it again in month three, you will earn the pin level reward (the cash bonus) for month three only.
  • In addition to the cash bonuses you earn for hitting and maintaining a new title, Synergy is offering a MATCHING BONUS!
  • If you maintain the new pin level or higher for all three consecutive months within the promotion period, you will get the matching bonus.
  • At the Team Leader through Team Elite levels, to earn the matching bonus you must also be Elite Honors Qualified for one of the three months. See below for Elite Honors Qualification details.
  • The matching bonus will be equal to the sum of the three month’s pin level rewards at that new pin level. That’s double the money!
  • Keep in mind that if you do not maintain the pin level or higher for the three consecutive months, you will lose the entire matching bonus amount for that new pin level, so don’t let your level drop!
  • If you ascend multiple ranks, your rewards will compound. In other words, you will be paid for every pin level you reach!
  • To qualify for the rewards of the Title Plus promotion, you must meet your Standard Personal Qualification in the qualifying month.*

You can earn as many new Title Plus bonuses and matching bonuses as you are able to achieve during the promotion period. You have 11 months to maximize the rewards so don’t waste any time!

SCENARIO EXAMPLES:

Example 1: Bob the Star
• If Bob advances to Star in February (first time ever) he earns $25 in addition to his regular commissions.
• If Bob hits Star again in March, he earns another $25.
• If Bob hits Star again in April, he earns another $25, plus he earns the $75 matching bonus for hitting Star three months in a row! Nice work Bob!
*If Bob hits Star in February and March, but does not in April, he earns neither the corresponding 3rd month bonus nor the matching bonus.
Example 2: Carl the Climber
• If Carl advances to Star in February (first time ever), he earns $25 in addition to his regular commissions.
• If Carl then advances to Bronze in March, he earns $25 for the second month of Star title, plus $50 for his first month of Bronze title.
• If Carl then advances to Silver in April, he earns $25 for his third month of Star title, the $75 Star Matching Bank bonus, $50 for the second month of Bronze title, and $75 for the first month of Silver title. Keep climbing Carl!
*If Carl hits Star in February and Bronze in March, but drops back to Star in April, he will receive all three months of the Star Bonus, plus the Matching bonus for Star title, but only the first month title bonus for Bronze. Carl can still earn the third month Title Bonus for Bronze in May, but he cannot earn the Bronze matching bonus.
Example 3: Terry the Team Leader
• If Terry advances to Team Leader in February (first time ever), she earns $200 in addition to her regular commissions.
• If Terry hits Team Leader again March, she earns another $200.
• If Terry hits Team Leader again in April AND become Elite Honors Qualified that month, she earns another $200, plus the matching bonus of $600.
*If Terry hits Team Leader in February, March and April, but does not qualify for Elite Honors in any of those three months, she does not earn the matching bonus.

ELITE HONORS 

From January through December of 2017, a Team Member qualifies for Elite Honors at either the 600, 1200 or 2400 levels by having either 600 CV, 1200 CV or 2400 CV on their Tracking Center 1 (TC1). Terms and Conditions All monthly volume must be placed in the system by month end. Any returns or other adjustments will be factored into the calculation of this promotion, and will result in an increase or decrease in the actual promotion amount earned and paid. 2017 Title Plus promotion earnings will be included with your monthly commission check for the month the new title is earned. The matching bonus will be added to the monthly commission check corresponding to the third consecutive month that you achieve the new pin level or higher. The Title Plus promotion is applicable for the ranks of Star through Team Elite only. *Standard Personal Qualification for North America is a minimum of 120 CV in total orders on your Tracking Center 1.

Qualifying for Elite Honors in 2017 has just been simplified!

  • Elite Honors 600: Have 600 CV of TC1 volume per month
  • Elite Honors 1200: 1200 CV of TC1 volume per month
  • Elite Honors 2400: 2400 CV of TC1 volume per month

It’s as simple as that! 

Previously it was announced that the 600, 1200 or 2400 CV TC1 volume had to be accumulated each month “above or in addition to your monthly standard qualification levels.” This layer of qualifying volume is no longer a requirement.

Following valuable feedback from leaders in various markets, we felt this change was essential to reduce complication and facilitate easier explanation and duplication within your organizations. We look forward to the success of Elite Honors in 2017!

Along with the Elite Honors program, the Go Elite promotion will also be updated in 2017.

To qualify for the Go Elite Bonus, a Team Member must be Elite Honors qualified AND have 2 or more personally sponsored Team Members who are Elite Honors qualified in the same qualification month.

Team Members who qualify and meet these criteria will earn $200 in Go Elite Bonus.

Note: Team Members who have more than 2 personally sponsored Team members who are Elite Honors qualified in a given month will not receive an additional Go Elite bonus. The maximum is $200 per qualified account, per commission, period.

Since its introduction in 2015, Elite Honors has served as a cornerstone for recognition as new Team Members are coached on successful and duplicable business building efforts.

In an effort to simplify and unify this program across Synergy, we are excited to introduce the following Elite Honors enhancements, effective January 1, 2017:

Qualification Period: January – December (calendar year)

Qualification Levels:
The following CV levels represent three levels of qualification that will impact the recognition component of this program. All CV levels are specific to Tracking Center 1 (TC1) and activation volume is no longer a component factored into Elite Honors qualification.

600 CV*
1200 CV*
2400 CV*

*All CV levels above are in addition to your monthly standard qualification levels.

Example: In the United States, the monthly standard qualification is 120 CV. To be Elite Honors qualified, you need to have a minimum of 720 CV for TC1.

Elite Honors Recognition: 
For each month you are Elite Honors qualified you will be recognized with the following:

1x Qualified – Blog
3x Qualified – Pin & Blog
6x Qualified – Elite Honors Club Card (early Summit store access) & Blog
9x Qualified – Elite Honors Club jacket, Blog & Summit Recognition
12x Qualified – Product Credit, Blog & Summit Recognition

Product Credit Amounts:
The following amounts will be awarded following the calendar year of qualification:

  1. Elite 600: $1200
  2. Elite 1200: $2400
  3. Elite 2400: $4800

Product Credit Qualification Details:
In order to qualify for product credit, a Team Member must have an active account, be in good standing with the company, and:

1. For all existing Team Members as of January of each calendar year, you must be Elite Honors qualified for 12 consecutive months in the calendar year (January through December).

– OR –

2. For new Team Members, you must activate your distributor account by June 30 of the qualification year, be Elite Honors qualified each month for the remaining months of the year, and have a cumulative amount of CV on your TC1 by year end that is equal to or greater than the 12-month amount that corresponds to the product credit qualification amount (600 CV = 7200 CV; 1200 CV = 14,400 CV; 2400 CV = 28,800 CV).

Note: Product credit will be awarded to the corresponding least-common-denominator CV amount that is earned.

Examples:

#1 – Diego activates his distributor account in January 2017. He is Elite 1200 qualified January through November. In December, he is Elite 600 qualified. Since Diego missed being Elite 1200 qualified in December, but was still a minimum of Elite 600 qualified all twelve months, he still earns 1200 in product credit for 2017.

#2 – Sara activates her distributor account in March 2017. She learns about the benefits of the Elite Honors program and begins replicating it in her business. Sara is Elite 600 qualified every month through December 2017. Additionally, through extra efforts she accumulates a total of 8,000 CV in TC1 volume through the year. Since Sara has maintained her Elite Honors qualification each month since joining AND has accumulated more than the 12-month equivalent (600 CV x 12 = 7200 CV) in TC1 CV, she qualifies to receive the 1200 product credit for 2017.

#3 – Jon activates his distributor account in August 2017. Unfortunately, the product credit portion of the Elite Honors program won’t be available to him until 2018. However, he can still replicate the system in his business, be recognized for his efforts, and capitalize on the Go Elite bonus each month.

#4 – Elizabeth activates her distributor account in June 2017. She is Elite 2400 qualified each month through the end of the year. Additionally, through extra efforts she has accumulated additional TC1 volume through customer sales that brings her year-end total to 21,000 CV. Since she did not meet the threshold of 28,800 cumulative CV, but was Elite Honors qualified each month and met the 14,400 threshold for the Elite 1200 level, Elizabeth with receive a product credit of 2400 for 2017.
